Television and Health
This Classical Argument Paper is an eight page research paper demonstrating the positive correlation between television and health. The Statis Grid is a tool allowing the author and the audience to see an organized overview of the different perspectives regarding the topic of television and sports. It gives the audience an overview of what the different cited sources are about in their entireity.
This Rogerian paper provides a critical analysis to Dr. Steven Gortmaker's article titled "Twin child scourges: obesity and television." Jernelle John, author the argument, directly disagrees with most of Gortmaker's main claims. Although critical, John provides a fair and unbias summary to Gortamaker's argument before addressing her own. John ends by addressing common ground between her and Gortmaker.
This Inquiry paper addresses the question, How is Media influencing the Obesity Epidemcic? Jernelle John, author of the article, summarizes and anaylizes five different sources all from a different point of view in order to provide an answer to the research question in the finale paragraph.
